I haven't been able to use any of my 'pvr' functions since then. AnyPlace (Home Edition) no longer works properly (I still had the version from December 2014), so I upgraded to the latest AnyPlace Version 3.1.0, however, it doesn't work properly either. Does this happen when you tune directly to the channel by entering 1-8-1 on your remote, or when you are surfing using CH+ or CH-? Which you can do on your my Rogers account. When you received this error, had the box been recently unplugged or rebooted through the menu? The above steps also resovled it. The second time was while watching a recording.
Please check that I'm not being charged 3 times for nothing.
