If they do, try the remote again. It sounds like this piece of equipment is connected outside of your Whole Home PVR ‘network'. To access it, press the Guide button on your Rogers remote until you get to the QSM. It costs $4 for cable and no need of drilling holes or anything.

but i want to do some diagnosis and call rogers with as much info as i can. I have found in the past when I have had issues with specific channels, that has cleared it within 30 minutes.
