Also, ensure that your TV is set on the correct input. Rogers Cable Box Won't Turn On I have tried to reboot but still have the same issue. Does this happen when you tune directly to the channel by entering 1-8-1 on your remote, or when you are surfing using CH+ or CH-? Would you be able to let me know what model cable box this is?

Rogers Nextbox Problems I have rebooted several times and have even called in to reauthorize but still poor reception.
If you are subscribed, follow the steps below; if not, you’ll need to order the channel before you can watch it. Have you unplugged the PVR from it's power source for 1 minute, then plugged it back in to initiate a reboot? I am trying to get them to turn them on/off with one push of the power button.
