I had a remote strater installed last year and it has been working trouble free until 3 days ago (during our -30 degree winter). If you face some other problems with your remote car starters, apart from the above problems, you need to call the customer care service for resolving your problems. Likely not a big issue. The first thing to look for is the LED flashing when you push a button on the remote.
