Its best to have a separate server for that purpose. Secondly when using the "Add button from Members of this group option" you are modifying the local security group on all clients, meaning any previous membership you have added manually to have a peek here

Hence it’s always a best practice to use the Remote Desktop users group to add the users to allow them to have RDP access to the server. I have created another admin user through the console but same result ..
