Mannye I cant believe this worked….. The most common issues I've come across pertain to the microphone. They don't block environmental sound at all, so you can listen at moderate volume levels and still talk to people around you normally. It worked for me.

Too much variability in human ears. There wasn't much pocket fluff involved but obviously enough to stop the mic button from working. I was convinced iOS7 caused it. When exposed to moisture, it changes color and could potentially void your warranty.

Spam OMG… i actually had the same problem. btw, you need to use a paper clip or something slender and try to make a small hook or angle on it so it can dig out the lint that has now works perfectly. It's also important to not dip said toothpick in water or moisture.
