Make the group policy and link it directly to the OU the user and group is in (just to test). Simply unticking the ‘Move the contents of Documents to the new location' option resolves the issue. If i go to the properties of the share > security > advanced > double click creaor owner it shows full permission. Same user logs onto ComputerB and will NOT have folder redirection.  We also use a logon script to map drives and that doesn't work on ComputerA.
