After restart RDP post is not listening. Sometimes restarting the VSS services will bring it back on, other times you'll need to enable and start telnet, go in, and get all vssadmin on it's ass. I have tried changing the port of rdp in registry.. I also toggled "Allow remote connection" off and on as well as re-activated Terminal license server Using RDP to work not just for administration. Thanks for letting me know.
