Traded:2012 Silverado LTZ 3500HD CC 4x4 D/A in Graystone metallic. One Trailer Brake Light Not Working Tmac I don't believe this truck has euro style lighting incorporating an independent amber directional signal. I tested the trailer plug and confirmed that the brown wire's pin wasn't active, but all the other pins worked as needed.
Once spent it is gone. What it turned out to be was a fuse in a compartment I didn't know the truck had. I have seen these go bad and have brake/signal voltage on the incoming side of the converter ..but not the other side going to the 7 way. Trailer Lights Not Working On One Side Just to be sure, I also eliminated the connector by bypassing it.
